The standard we build to

Alesis, and this website, are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a gate our releases pass, not an aspiration pinned to a roadmap.

What you can rely on

  • Everything can be operated from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
  • Text keeps a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, in light and dark themes alike.
  • Meaning is never carried by colour alone; states carry an icon and text as well.
  • If your system asks for reduced motion, Alesis honours it, including pausing the footage on our home page.
  • Pages work at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Streaming answers are announced politely to screen readers rather than interrupting them.

When something falls short

If you find a place where Alesis does not work for you, tell us at [email protected]. Say what you were trying to do and what you were using, and we will reply in writing and fix what is ours to fix. A report like this is a defect report, and we treat it as one.
