No. The first firm a person sets up on Alesis is given £25 of credit, with no card and no subscription (the starting credit is granted once per person). It typically lasts one fee earner two to four weeks. The credit is ours to give, not yours to buy: usage draws it down answer by answer, and you can watch it go in your settings. Nothing is charged unless someone at your firm chooses to buy a top-up.
No. There is no fee per person and no seat to buy, and it works the other way round: each colleague who joins adds £15 of free credit to the firm, once per person, for up to 20 colleagues, which is £300 in all. It counts when the colleague joins with a verified account, whether by accepting an invitation or by an approved request from your firm's email domain. Inviting people costs nothing.
You top up and carry on: any amount from £10 to £5,000, and the more you buy the less each pound of credit costs — double what your firm used in the last 30 days costs 15% less, and four times costs 25% less. Until someone does, Alesis pauses its AI features rather than run up a bill. Nothing is charged on our initiative; a top-up happens only when someone authorised at your firm buys one.
Yes. Everyone sees their own usage in their settings, and firm admins see the whole firm's, person by person, with what each person's answers have cost over 30 days and all time, so nobody is guessing at where the work went.
